Growing a company or building a startup from scratch is not easy, and we know this firsthand, because we have done it quite a few times.
We are business experts aiming to help other businesses grow and succeed in the market. 50 years ago, two serial entrepreneurs created the first building block of a family-owned business that would evolve to become an industry leader in Colombia.
It all started with a contract staffing company (www.listos.com.co) to help our clients recruit, select and hire their talent. A few years later, the same entrepreneurs decided to incubate and launch a new line of business that would create the second building block.
This became the biggest BTL agency in the country (www.visionymarketing.com.co). With more than 15.000 employees serving more than 250 of the most admired local and multinational companies, we have become a robust player in the industry.
Other ventures followed, and we created an ecosystem that now covers 14, countries from the U.S.A to Chile, on a borderless conglomerate of companies that has been on the verge of innovation. (www.grupoohla.com)
Ventura, our family office, was born in 2015 as vehicle to maintain and expand the family and the family businesses’ footprint.
